Current Hourly Rates for all services
$150.00 Paralegal and Legal Assistants.
Non-Contested: There is an agreement on all issues and you need your agreement incorporated in the appropriate legal documents. Note: Attorney's Fees for non-contested matters are generally flat fees based on the amount of time we anticipate it will take to finalized the matter multiplied by our current hourly rate. If, for reasons beyond our control, the amount of time needed to resolve your non-contested matter exceeds what we anticipated we will charge our current hourly rate for that extra time. Costs are extra and will be discussed at your initial meeting.
Contested: There is no agreement on all of the issues and you need the assistance of our office or the courts to resolve the disputed matters. Note: With all contested matters our office requires a retainer. A retainer is a prepayment of a certain number of hours related to your case. The retainer is not an estimate of how much it will ultimately cost to resolve and finalize your matter. An estimate of what it will cost (Attorney fees and costs) to fully resolve your case will be discussed with you at your initial meeting with Mr. Davies.
$100.00 for one-half hour; $300.00per hour thereafter. Consultation fee may be waived or applied to your retainer should you hire our office for a contested matter.
